Aquagym is a water sport. It is done in a pool and is accessible to any age group and all levels of experience. Water exercise training benefits our cardiovascular and muscular system because it increases cardiopulmonary and neuromuscular function. It is considered the safest and most versatile form of training.
Water is an environment that is gentle on your joints and ligaments, while the resistance against your movements and different training aids also ensures a very good training for your body.

Introductory part (warm up): 7min of running exercises in a circle, 7min of dynamic stretching. Warm up and stretching.
Main part: 20min of exercises with foam weights or swim floats and noodles with emphasis on strengthening the muscles and ligaments, 12-15min of exercises for improving the cardiovascular function of the body.
After training (cool down): 10-15min
