This training is especially suited to beginners, seniors and anyone recovering from injury. It enhances the vitality and health of your body. Introductory part (warm up): In the first 15min we warm up our entire body, from head to toe. Dynamic and static stretching.
Main part: The class is done in front of a group or at different stations to strengthen the muscles of entire body, develop coordination skills and stabilize the joints.
After training (cool down): We dedicate the last 5min to calming down our body and stretching.
