Structure of training class
Introductory part (warm up): 10min of dance warm up to music.
Main part: The main part consists of several choreographies to varying music genres, like salsa, reggaeton, cumbia, bachatta etc
After training (cool down): Cooling down to calmer beats.
Instructing style: In front of a group, everyone facing the mirror
