Zumba is more than just an aerobic exercise. You will not only burn an enormous amount of calories, but you will also have a lot of fun and forget all about your everyday worries while dancing to Latino rhythms. And how will you feel after the training? Uplifted and reinvigorated.

Structure of training class

Introductory part (warm up): 10min of dance warm up to music.
Main part: The main part consists of several choreographies to varying music genres, like salsa, reggaeton, cumbia, bachatta etc
After training (cool down): Cooling down to calmer beats.
Instructing style: In front of a group, everyone facing the mirror
