Step & Sweat
The heart of step are exercises and steps that will increase your heart rate and shape and tone your legs and booty. Of course, we don’t forget on exercises for sculpting the muscles of our upper body and torso. The exercises are static and dynamic and everyone, also complete beginners, can choose the optimal level of their training composed of very varied, either more or less intensive exercises.

Type of training
A mix of aerobic and anaerobic exercises for fitness, endurance, strength and weight loss.
Intensity: Medium to high

Technical complexity: Medium to high

Training aids: Step, weights, hand weights and pillow.
Duration of training: 30min and 55 min.
Structure of training class
Introductory part (warm up): Warming up for 5 min.
Main part: In the first part that lasts around 20min, we do exercises on the step with weights. In the second part, we focus on cardio training with intensive exercises done in 30-45sec intervals. During the longer version of training, we repeat again the set of exercises with weights, either in the same or similar combination as in the first part.
After training (cool down): In the last 5min, we stretch our entire body to soothing background music.

The training is not recommended to people who are recovering from injury, who are disinclined to do highly intensive exercise, who don’t like step (because they see it as an obstacle) and who have difficulties with coordination. If you have any injuries or difficulties, consult your instructor before the class begins so certain exercises can be adapted to your needs.
