TOP FIT Instructional Class

The TOP FIT training lasts 45-55min: around 8min of dynamic warm up, around 8min of warm-up stretching, 25-35min of various exercises and around 6min of cool-down stretching. 
The exercises are mainly carried out without any training aids.

Structure of training class

Introductory part (warm up): Warming up for 5-10min.
Main part: 45 minutes of exercises for:

  • Physical fitness,
  • Coordination,
  • Explosiveness,
  • Strength,
  • Endurance,
  • Stabilisation,
  • Stretching,
  • Interval training.

After training (cool down): 5min cool down
Instructing style: In front of a group, everyone facing the mirror.

Due to its integrated approach and interval training (short rests between longer activities), the instructional class facilitates active burning of calories. During the training itself, an individual burns around 500-1000 calories in 50min and continues to do so in the next 24 hours, therefore it is necessary to pay special attention to diet, before and after training..
